General Policies

The user or unit owner is solely responsible for the content shared on the platform including images, descriptions, and communications.

No offensive or illegal materials allowed
Platform modification rights reserved
Zero liability for technical outages
Compliance with legal standards

Registration & Membership

Account accuracy is paramount. Users must ensure that all details correspond to the actual property or identity presented.

  • Verified Units

    Details must belong specifically to the unit being registered.

  • Appropriate Names

    Ambiguous characters, symbols, or inappropriate names are prohibited.

  • Ethical Use

    Members agree not to harm the site or its community members.

Host Obligations

"Accuracy is our standard. Reality must match the listing."

Hosts guarantee that the unit's photos and general condition match the reality presented on the platform. If a listing is found to be significantly inaccurate, the rental amount will be returned to the guest.

Safety & Insurance

Hosts are encouraged to insure units and assume all civil and criminal liability toward the property.

Fees & Payments

Daro handles the end-to-end booking facilitation. We collect the value from guests and transfer to hosts after successful check-in.

Guest Standards

Guests are expected to treat every Daro property with respect and follow all local laws and property-specific house rules.

  • Legal Use

    Use of services uniquely in a legal and respectful manner.

  • Identity Proofs

    Provision of financial or identity proofs if required for safety.

  • Rule Compliance

    Compliance with local rental regulations and house rules.

No refunds possible under any circumstance

Important Financial Note

In all cancellation cases, platform administrative fees and bank transfer costs are non-refundable. The host bears the transfer cost for refunds. If a host cancels without just cause, Daro may impose compensation penalties to protect the traveler.
